A Day of Eating, Laughing and Presents

A few photographs deserve exclusive posts and a few days deserve exclusive photographs.

I asked my brother to steal a Christmas Tree for me, unforeseen circumstances had prevented us from buying one. He blatantly refused to assist me in my madness. A helpless girl cannot undertake such daring ventures on her own and so my plan was abandoned. When we opened the packing of our purchased plum cake, out popped a miniature Christmas Tree proving once again….. Ask and You Shall Receive!

When making cake at home, it is important not to waste any of it. And Especially not the Cake mix. Those who have not tasted it before it is baked, I know what you have missed! Left over cake mix makes for mouth watering treats. Just remember, when you remove it from the oven, let the steam out before you put it in your mouth.

Ofcourse, on Christmas, regular meals are ignored and experimental cooking is given priority. When you add olives to half-fried eggs, the result is good enough to fight for!

Lastly, decorate all presents and cookies, and it’ll resemble your favourite part of any store!
